Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The location proved really good for exploring.. It is near the town center with many restaurants. Staff responded to requests promptly. The rooms are very comfy and tidy with very nice linens and pillows.
The building needs some updating. The lobby area could especially benefit from some improvements.

The staff member Cici provided informative and friendly service. She readily answered questions and helped us with directions. Her assistance greatly enhanced our visit.

The room had modern bathroom fixtures with a great shower. A kettle was available. The television worked well. The provided safe was easy to use. I find the bed comfortable. I could easily walk to both train stations. I got to see the paragliders land in the park behind the place.
The hotel looks a bit old.

Reception staff are friendly. They responded to my requests quickly. They provided an extra table fan, when I ask. I got a bus pass for public transportation.

My room was big. The room had a wardrobe. The main market is accessible by walk. A bus stop is very close. This area has many restaurants and shops.

The beds were reasonably comfortable (I slept well).
The room decor seemed outdated. I found no plug in the bathroom sink. the safe in my room was broken, a bit concerning.
